The ideal candidate for the Workday Integrations Senior Principal Consultant (Lead Consultant) position is able to support both business and technical teams. You love the challenge of solving complex inter-system problems and want to develop SaaS, SOA, web service expertise. As a Workday Integrations Senior Principal Consultant, you will bring your technical skills, ability to keep the business context in sight, and a strong work ethic to a team with a positive attitude, a collaborative culture, and a passion for helping our customers to be successful.

Responsibilities:

• Execute the day-to-day activities of Workday integrations/Extend support for a variety of customer contracts in roles that may include staff augmentation, ad-hoc support, and project delivery.
• Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns to project management.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices.
• Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the technical impacts of integration configuration decisions.
• Become a Workday Integrations expert with deep knowledge of core functionality, while building an understanding of Financials, Learning, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent modules, as well as future product direction.
• Mentor other consultants: actively share product knowledge with others to grow our practice.
• Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to establish requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions, and ultimately configure, test and deploy integrations solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Workday Certification: Active Workday Integration certification is required. Certification in Workday Extend and Workday Studio is highly preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of Workday certified integration consulting experience, with demonstrated ability to act as a technical lead for at least one phase 1 implementation
• Proven experience in leading integration projects, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday integrations
• Strong technical skills in SaaS, SOA, web services, and Workday integration tools.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate the technical impacts of integration configuration decisions
• Experience mentoring and leading teams of consultants across multiple engagements
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients and team members
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in process monitoring, estimation, and contribution to proposals and RFPs is a plus
