We are seeking a dynamic and experienced thought leader to join our team. This is a unique, cross-functional role for a professional who is not only an expert in cybersecurity, governance, risk, compliance, and cloud infrastructure but who also possesses a strong business acumen. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can translate complex technical compliance requirements into tangible business value, drive product strategy, and effectively communicate our position to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. You will act as the critical link between our technical compliance teams, product management, sales, and executive leadership, ensuring our solutions are not only secure and compliant but also commercially successful and aligned with market demands.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Communication & Evangelism: Represent and communicate our company's point of view, strategy, and product roadmap related to cybersecurity and compliance to all stakeholders, including government agencies and major business customers.
Business Integration: Serve as the primary compliance ambassador to product owners. Drive the integration of compliance frameworks (NIST 800-37, 800-53, 800-171, etc.) into the entire product lifecycle, from concept to go-to-market, for our core offerings, including 5G, IoT, SD-WAN, and Unified Communications.
Sales & Customer Enablement: Develop and manage a pipeline of sales content, including proposals, battle cards, and customer-facing presentations that clearly articulate our compliance posture and value proposition. Provide direct pre- and post-sales support for strategic initiatives.
Product Strategy & ROI: Partner with product managers to align roadmaps with the overall compliance strategy. Assist in developing business cases, analyzing ROI for compliance-related investments, and ensuring that compliance is a business enabler, not a blocker.
Compliance Relations: Oversee the creation and management of a self-service documentation portal and requirements library for both internal and external use. This includes building out our microsite with training materials, thought leadership, and key documentation.
Market & Regulatory Intelligence: Continuously monitor the regulatory landscape, industry trends, and customer compliance inquiries to inform and drive changes to our strategy and product roadmaps.
Cross-functional Leadership: Lead and coordinate with internal teams, including legal, brand, sales, and learning & development, to execute a cohesive communication and go-to-market strategy for all compliance-related initiatives.

Demonstrated experience with FedRAMP products, technologies, and methodology.
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business language for a variety of audiences, from engineers to C-level executives.
