As a Senior Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering successful client implementations. You will work across project teams to interpret technical requirements, configure solutions based on client needs, and communicate progress clearly and effectively. While you will collaborate closely with senior team members, you are also expected to operate with growing autonomy - troubleshooting issues, flagging risks, and driving task execution to support overall project success.
This is a growth-level role for someone who has demonstrated the ability to execute with quality, understand the purpose behind their work, and contribute actively to a fast-paced, high-impact team.

**Responsibilities**
+ Interpret and apply project documentation, implementation guides, and technical specs
+ Demonstrate awareness of the "why" behind implementation decisions, not just the "how"
+ Ask thoughtful questions to clarify edge cases, context, or intended outcomes
+ Deliver on scoped technical work with a high level of quality
+ Identify and flag when customizations or deviations from standard process may be required
+ Work with mentors and leads to unblock tasks and implement solutions effectively
+ Track work accurately in project management tools such as JIRA
+ Keep internal and cross-functional teams up to date on progress, blockers, and needs
+ Respond to questions from peers or project managers with clarity and professionalism
+ Proactively research questions before escalating, but know when to ask for help
+ Demonstrate consistency, reliability, and openness to feedback
+ Contribute to team documentation or process improvement discussions
+ Participate in peer reviews and support teammates when possible
Qualifications:
+ Bachelors degree in Information Technology (or related field)
+ 2+ years of implementation, consulting experience, project management required
+ healthcare, HL7 experience
+ jira, SQL experience preferred

US: Hiring Range in USD from $25.48 to $60.63 per hour; from: $53,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
