Job Description

Set up and operate automatic screen printing presses to print glass bottles. Ensure efficient production, quality output, and compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, optimize, and operate automatic screen printing presses.
• Work with thermoplastic and UV inks.
• Perform changeovers between jobs, adjusting screens, inks, and tooling as needed.
• Troubleshoot print issues to maintain consistent print quality and minimize downtime.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure print meet specifications.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Screen printing for 3 years on automatic presses.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Press setup with understanding of off-contact & proper squeegee pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in screen printing on glass or similar substrates.
• Experience with thermoplastic and UV inks.
• Knowledge of servo controlled presses.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish greatly valued.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, with potential for overtime based on production needs.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and handle repetitive tasks in a production setting.
