My Secret Garden & Saginaw Bay Trading Company – Bay City, MI

We're growing our team at My Secret Garden and Saginaw Bay Trading Company ! If you enjoy helping people, love fashion, gifts, and great products—and like staying active during your shift—this might be the perfect opportunity for you. We're hiring both part-time and full-time Sales Associates to join our 25-person team.

Our stores are located in the heart of Downtown Bay City. My Secret Garden has been a go-to destination for 30+ years for fashion, home & garden décor, gourmet food, seasonal gifts, and more. Saginaw Bay Trading Company is our outdoor-inspired lifestyle store, focused on making the outdoors accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking friendly, motivated individuals who:

• Love working with people and creating great experiences
• Are outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated
• Enjoy fashion, giftware, and seasonal trends
• Are detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
• Aren’t afraid of physical tasks like unpacking boxes, using a ladder, or helping keep the store clean
• Can work independently and solve problems on the fly
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Are available to work weekends , evenings, and some afternoons (weekend availability is required)

Requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
• Must be comfortable using stairs throughout the day
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Comfortable using a ladder for merchandising and stock work
• Willingness to assist with general cleaning and maintenance tasks
