Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I (SSM I), over the Non-IT Purchasing (NIP) unit, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) is responsible for independently performing moderate to complex analytical duties related to the planning, developing, and execution of contracts for the Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA). The incumbent performs all functions related to the preparation, reviewing, processing, tracking, reporting, and training in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and Departmental guidelines. This position is subject to Title 16, section 3830 of the California Code of Regulations, the Department of Consumer Affairs’ Conflict of Interest (COI) Regulations. The incumbent is required to submit a Statement of Economic Interests (Form 700) within 30 days of assuming office, annually by April 1st, and within 30 days of leaving office.
