Pursuant to California regulation, the compensation range for this position is $16.50 to $23.00 per hour, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Snapshot Of What Amwins Provides To Our Team Members: - Compensation includes a salary commensurate with experience

Required Education And Experience - High School Graduate, College degree preferred
- Two to three years’ experience, preferably in an office environment
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills
Key Areas of Responsibility - Manage Reception by kindly greeting guests and providing general support to visitors
- Effectively communicate by email, telephone and written correspondence any information pertaining to the Client Services office
- Manage local employees badge access
- Order and stock all office and breakroom supplies
- Manage vendor relationships for office and break-rooms
- Collect, scan, and distribute mail and shipments accordingly
- Provide office support services such as photocopying, compilation and distribution of materials
- Point of contact for building management and input maintenance requests as needed
- Ensure conference rooms, supply rooms and break-rooms are always neat, stocked and maintained
- Place orders for breakfast and lunch for meetings as needed
- Support Administration with other duties as assigned
