We’re a full-service CPA firm based in Auburn, WA, offering tax, accounting, and consulting services to clients across the Pacific Northwest—and beyond. Known for our high-touch client service, supportive team culture, and community involvement, we’re seeking an Office Administrator/Manager to play a central role in keeping our people, processes, and financials running smoothly.

What You’ll be Doing…

• Lead Administrative Operations: Oversee the office with a mix of hands-on administration and strategic oversight.
• Client Service Excellence: Facilitate quality assurance and client review processes while delivering high-touch customer service, following up on feedback and resolving issues.
• Human Resources: Handle new hire paperwork, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and updates.
• Team Collaboration: Provide oversight to a team of four administrators supporting a 15-employee CPA firm.
• Financial & Bookkeeping Support: Prepare internal financial statements and ensure timely reporting, maintain accurate bookkeeping records, assist with AR, payroll, and credit card reconciliation processes.

Here’s what your work history needs to show as evidence that you’re the right candidate…

• Prior experience in office management, firm administration, or similar roles in professional services (accounting, legal, consulting) is preferred.
• Working knowledge of HR basics, including benefits and compliance.
• Proven ability to problem-solve, manage diverse priorities, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Here’s the important details:

• Location: Auburn, WA
• Salary: $65,000-$95,000 annually, based on experience.
