Acara Solutions has an Manufacturing Assembler opening in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA for an aerospace company, 

Summary 

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Assembler to be responsible for assembling parts and components according to the company's production standards. The successful candidate will be able to work in a production environment and possess excellent attention to detail. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

▪ Reads work orders, follows production drawings and sample assemblies, or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed. 

▪ Identifies / labels CCAs & LRUs. ▪ Integrates / assembles CCAs to chassis sub-assemblies. 

▪ Performs mechanical rework per rework instructions. 

▪ Performs final unit level clean-up. 

▪ Performs related duties and responsibilities as assigned. 

▪ Performs conformal coat removal, conformal coat touch-up, bonding on CCAs. 

▪ Performs wire prep and basic wire wrap by understanding how to read and follow the Wire List, Cut List, and Work Instructions. 

▪ Requires some assistance or instructions from the manufacturing engineer with normal drawing documentation data package. Can perform more complex assembly with engineering assistance. 

▪ Performs solder rework on CCAs with through hole and SMT components 

▪ Performs Wire Wrap at all levels from connector assembly to final unit assembly. 

▪ Comprehends our documentation such as DWGs, PLs, WLs, ECNs, EOs, and Work Instructions enough to identify any errors / required changes. 

▪ Requires minimal assistance or instructions from the manufacturing engineer with normal drawing documentation data package. Can perform more complex assembly with engineering assistance.

Projected pay range f$24 - $28 per hour

Duration: Temp to hire

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma and 3-5 Years' Experience 
• Thorough understanding of testing and troubleshooting of LRUs and circuit cards down to the component level including interpretation of a variety of schematics and wiring diagrams under the guidance of a test engineer and or Sr. Test technician as required
