Position Overview The Head of Product Management is the driving force behind our product strategies -sparking innovation that delights customers and solves their toughest problems, propelling revenue growth, and establishing Anderson-Negele as a market leader. This dynamic role oversees the entire product lifecycle - from ideation through commercialization and sustainment - ensuring every step aligns with our business goals and market demands. By collaborating closely with customers, the industry, and internal stakeholders, the Head of Product Management ensures our portfolio stays ahead of the competition, is exceptionally customer centric, and increasingly differentiated. Key Responsibilities **Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management:** + Lead a team of product managers to execute a compelling product roadmap that simplifies the portfolio and aligns strategic business objectives and market opportunities. Make data-driven decisions to ensure each product adds maximum value and supports overall company goals. + Leverage advanced generative and agentic AI technologies to revolutionize product development and customer engagement, leading with AI to enhance decision making and differentiation, automate workflows, and improve speed to market. + Enthusiastically drive the entire product lifecycle - from ideation through commercialization and sustainment - with passion and precision, identifying strategic product categories and ensuring innovation wins in those categories. + Define world-class pricing, positioning, and value propositions that set our products apart as industry leaders - delivering unmatched value and excellence to our customers. Drive strategic adjustments with urgency. + Be a talent magnet. Cultivate and retain a high-performing team that demonstrates grit and resilience to meet commitments despite roadblocks and consistently delivers outstanding results. + Dive deep into market research and competitive analysis to distill customer needs, key industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
