Responsibilities: Performs EKG's utilizing the Marquette MAC VU, 12, 8 and PC machinesPerforms electrocardiograms for in-patient and outpatient population including all agesPerforms routine EEG's, Long term video EEG monitoring for evaluation of possible abnormal brain activity and for epilepsy and medicine modificationPerforms Transcranial Doppler studies for evaluation of cerebral blood flowPerforms accurate Evoked Potential recording (Visual Evoked Responses, and Modified Baer)Performs Holter monitor hookup and the scanning of holter monitor tapesPerforms 12 or 24-hour pneumogram hook-up with or without pulse oximetry for in-patient pediatrics and neonatesPerforms cardiac exercise treadmill testing, routine, and pharmacological and Tilt table stressSchedules all patients for any and all procedures performed in the department that require an appointmentMaintains all diagnostic equipment by assuring that they are properly functioning and cleaned after every patientNotifies physician daily for exam interpretation and files reportsChecks weekly for needed supplies Requirements: Education/Skills High School Diploma Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications BLS Work Schedule: PRN Work Type: Per Diem As Needed
