Learn more at: Key Responsibilities - Manage all phases of commercial/industrial construction projects
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients
- Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Monitor project performance and adjust plans as needed
- Conduct site visits and ensure safety and compliance
- Collaborate with superintendents, estimators, and support staff
- Ensure timely and accurate project documentation
- Foster a positive client relationship and uphold the company brand
- Travel to project sites as required
Qualifications - Proven experience in project management within the construction industry
- Familiarity with commercial, industrial, or government projects
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Familiarity with estimating concepts and ability to sources bids
- Valid driver's license required
Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with public sector or federal projects
- Demonstrated success as a Project Manager
- OSHA or related safety certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Work Schedule - Full Time - Monday to Friday
