### **About the Role**
We’re looking for a **bilingual (Spanish-English)** Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys connecting with people. In this role, you’ll speak directly with potential clients—often for law firms—and clearly explain services, answer questions, and help guide callers toward the next step. Your ability to communicate fluently and confidently in both **Spanish and English** will be essential in building trust and ensuring a seamless client experience.
This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity for someone who is goal-oriented, reliable, and passionate about making a difference in people’s lives through effective communication. You’ll work closely with U.S.-based teams and contribute directly to business growth through lead engagement and conversion.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Make outbound and receive inbound calls from prospective clients
* Clearly explain services and processes in both Spanish and English
* Actively listen to client needs and respond with empathy and professionalism
* Record detailed notes and track follow-ups using internal systems
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff or resolution
* Follow call guidelines while bringing a human, thoughtful approach to each interaction
### **What We’re Looking For**
* **Fluent in Spanish and English** (both verbal and written)
* **At least 1 year of experience in sales or client-facing roles**
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially by phone
* Comfortable handling objections and guiding conversations to resolution
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple follow-ups and conversations
* Professional remote setup with reliable internet connection
* Available to work during **U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours**
