Apartment Building Maintenance
Are you a seasoned apartment building maintenance technician but tired of being on call, working nights and Sundays and then having people hover over the top of you while you’re working?
Use you’re electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills to become a Certified RV Technician and have a fixed schedule with a rewarding career with excellent pay.

We offer a 100% company paid Training Program through RV Technical Institute that will give you your certification.
Job Requirements:
*Basic understanding of electrical
*Basic Knowledge of plumbing: both drainage and supply
*Basic carpentry skills
*General mechanical attitude
*Ability to read a tape measure
*Basic math skills
*General computer skills (each technician is given a tablet for their repair orders; this makes task much easier)
*Basic written communication skills
*Ability to lift 70# on a regular basis
